TEL AVIV/JERUSALEM/DUBAI, June 19 — Israel said it has struck Iran's only functioning nuclear power plant on the Gulf coast, potentially a major escalation in its air war against Iran.

VIENNA, June 16 — United Nations nuclear watchdog chief Rafael Grossi provided an update on Monday on the situation at Iran’s nuclear facilities after Israel launched military strikes and said there was no sign of further damage at the Natanz or Fordow enrichment sites.
